There are more and more cults that has been thriving nowadays. Many people now became life gurus, and philosophical teachers, and offer faddish products. These people do everything just to encourage other individuals to join their cult. If you have ever asked why these cults have been very successful in recruiting and making their population grow, then this article will answer those confusions. Below, the reasons to why many people are encouraged and induce to be part of these cult groups will be discussed. Since these people have do not know much about the Bible, they are more prone to be conceived by the distorted facts by the cultists. Once a cultist find out that you are a strong and firm believer of your Christian religion and the teachings of the Bible, these cultists usually flees.

Life transitions make a potential time for cults to recruit the people who are experiencing this. Divorce, marriage, a new job, a death in the family, attending college for the first time are some of the big life transitions that may make us feel confused. At this point in time, we will feel so unstable in life and that we will need to resort to something that will make it stable somehow. In our life transitions also, we tend to be more vulnerable. And so, the cultist takes this opportunity to focus in the personal lives of these individuals to entice to join the cult.

Since a person is very vulnerable at this struggling time, the cultist makes a move to entice this person.
